I just filled out my application for the Obama-Biden administration. I figured, I'm retired, I'm young, I just had a physical and it looks like I'm more or less healthy physically, so why not? Although I did hear news reports that there was a question about "are there any possibly embarrassing things about you in your past that we should know?" or that people were asked to submit all their electronic postings (like this I suppose) - but I didn't see that. Either I got a different form than those folks, or those folks were actually being considered for a position - I don't know - but anyway, I thought I would disclose in advance some possibly shameful things:

Just this past weekend saw the first episode of Anthony Trollope's He Knew He Was Right in which Laura has a lead role as Emily Trevelyan whose husband Louis, played by Oliver Dimsdale, becomes increasingly insanely jealous, with the emphasis on the insane aspect. Incidentally, in a subplot, the part of Mr. Gibson is played by guess who? The Doctor!(more after the read more)
